OPL Express

Designed with busy customers in mind, OPL Express locations make it easy to pick-up holds, return library items and browse collections on-the-go at several high-traffic community buildings throughout Oakville. OPL Express locations are not staffed.

If you are returning materials to one of the OPL Express locations, please note returns may not be reflected on your account for up to one week.

Browse and Borrow

Browse and Borrow is a new service as part of select OPL Express locations. It’s a self-serve kiosk where you can easily check-out library books on-the-go. These kiosks are available at St. Luke’s Community Centre, Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre and Sixteen Mile Sports Complex.

OPL Express Holds Lockers

Pick up your holds at our OPL Express Holds Lockers. When placing your holds choose one of the OPL Express locations as your pickup location. These differ from Browse & Borrow kiosks as they are for library holds you place through our catalogue.
